Amy told me a story. Recently she was on the phone with our little niece a couple of months ago when the tot announced, “Aunt Amy, I am going to the airport so I can pick you up.”
Apparently she think Amy lives at the airport.
I know I do…
I have logged more miles in the last couple of months than I have in years. Trips to China/Taiwan/Qatar/South Africa/Spain/Portugal/Mozambique. I’m at home in the airport. It’s the place that feels normal and comfortable. It makes sense.
Free The Girls is working on a project that required me to travel to Europe and Asia. I’ll tell you about it once it’s ready for release. We are working on setting up a new location. I will be traveling there quite a bit as well. Again, I will tell you about it once it is ready for release.
So for now, and for the foreseeable future, I will be at home in the airport.
